| HOW
THE PROGRAM WORKS:
You must first
fill out a registration form. Once your registration form has been
processed you will receive your FREE
membership card for the FREEquent Parking Program.
When you exit the
parking facility and pay the cashier, the parking fee will automatically
calculate and store electronically on your account. Each time your
total amount in parking fees reaches $200.00 you are eligible for one of
the following: |

| Your
balance will then return to $0.00 and we will begin to recalculate your
parking fees. There is no limit to the number of times you may
become eligible for the coupons above. |

Parking
coupons must be surrendered to cashier upon exiting parking facility. |

If
you elect to choose the car wash amenity, you must park your vehicle in
the valet service at the current valet rate. |

Air Express reserves the right to cancel this program at any time or modify
it when applicable. Coupons may not be redeemed for cash value. |
